Sonal Mane is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of experience driving growth and innovation in technology companies such as Databricks, Qualtrics, and Microsoft. Currently serving as Senior Director of Growth GTM at Databricks, Sonal is instrumental in shaping the global strategy for digital self-service and product-led growth. At Qualtrics, she founded the Digital Customer Success team as Global Head, managing a $130M P&L and spearheading transformative digital engagement programs. Sonal's tenure at Microsoft saw her lead nationwide initiatives for the Microsoft for Startups team, driving $40M in revenue and fostering strategic partnerships. She played key roles in product management, marketing strategy, and program management, contributing to the success of flagship products such as Office 2007, Bing, and Windows 8. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Pune, Sonal blends technical expertise with visionary leadership. She is recognized for her collaborative approach and relentless commitment to driving business results. Sonal is also an active participant in the technology entrepreneurship community, mentoring aspiring leaders and inspiring innovation.
