Steph's proven ability in leading org-wide initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration, and distilling and implementing actionable insights have made her instrumental in propelling Lucid's growth trajectory. Outside of work, Steph can be found skiing and hiking Utah's mountains, coaching ice hockey, and chasing around her toddler and border collie (often at the same time).
