Panel: Build, buy or vibe code? GTM teams open up their tools and show you how they decided
A couple of years ago, build versus buy was a simple question for most GTM teams. You bought. Now anyone with an AI coding assistant can spin up a working tool in an afternoon, and the decision has become far harder. What's worth building, what should you buy, and what will you regret maintaining a year from now? Rather than debating in the abstract, this session puts real tools on screen. Each team walks through the problem they faced, what they built or bought, and the results they got, so you can see the trade-offs for yourself and leave with a sharper way to make your own stack decisions. Key takeaways: - A practical way to decide whether to build, buy or vibe code your next GTM tool - The hidden costs of building, from maintenance to ownership when someone leaves - Real examples of custom GTM tools and the results they delivered
