Akhil
Malik
Director, CX Solutions & GTM Strategy
Oracle
The best revenue moments don't happen because the product is better. They happen when someone can walk into a complex problem, understand what the customer actually needs, tell the right story, and build the system that turns that insight into repeatable growth. That's what Akhil does. Akhil has built and scaled customer-facing technology organizations across startups, venture-backed companies, PE-backed transformations, and global enterprise software. At Oracle, he leads cross-functional teams across product, pre- and post-sales, implementation, and AI strategy for a $358M+ CX portfolio spanning 2,500+ customers. He operates at enterprise scale, driving customer outcomes, product adoption, retention, expansion, and the operating models that make growth predictable. Before Oracle, Akhil built a 30+ person global post-sales organization from scratch at Digital.ai, a PE-backed software platform created through the combination of multiple technology companies. Earlier, he stood up the Solutions Engineering function from zero at Ryft Systems and scaled it to support $20M+ in pipeline.

How to proves AI Is driving renewals, growth and real revenue
Most AI business cases are built on hours saved. It's an easy number to produce and an easy one for a board to dismiss, because time saved rarely shows up in the results unless something changes further down the line. This session follows AI from rollout to revenue across a large, established customer base, showing how to connect AI-enabled work to the outcomes leadership actually tracks, such as renewal rates, expansion and the cost of serving customers. Expect a case study built around measurement, including the scorecard used to separate real impact from busy activity. Key takeaways: Why productivity metrics alone won't survive a budget review, and what to track instead How to link AI-enabled activity to renewal and expansion outcomes A practical scorecard structure you can adapt for your own team
