As Vice President of Partnerships and Go-To-Market at Stanley Black & Decker, Benny launched and scaled DEWALT Construction Technology into the company’s fastest-growing business unit. He led go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and demand generation - resulting in 100% ARR growth. Benny oversaw key partnerships and executed seven-figure investments in software, hardware, and robotics companies. He partnered with the Corporate Venture Capital team to identify and invest in early-stage startups and represented Stanley Black & Decker as an LP in an industry-focused VC fund, providing strategic insight and strengthening ties across the construction tech landscape. He also led the integration of MSUITE, advancing SBD’s connected construction strategy.
Previously, at Stanley X - the company’s corporate innovation arm - Benny supported the venture studio and led direct seed-stage investments in emerging construction and industrial startups.
