Most conversations about AI focus on tools, workflows, and automation. Far fewer focus on what happens after those systems are deployed. As AI becomes embedded across forecasting, enablement, prospecting, customer intelligence, and revenue operations, managers are being asked to lead teams through a level of change unlike anything they've experienced before. This session explores how leadership is evolving in an AI-enabled GTM organization.
