Megan brings 15+ years of experience at leading enterprise technology and consulting companies, with strong expertise in developing strategic programs and end-to-end enablement across the customer lifecycle. Megan currently leaders the Channel and Technical Enablement COEs at Zoom, as well as the Americas Field and Partner Enablement Delivery team. Prior to joining Zoom, Megan was Head of Strategic Programs for the North America Google Cloud business, where she managed strategic initiatives for the North America President and COO. Megan also spent 4 years with VMware, leading the Americas Technical Enablement organization before expanding her role to lead Strategy and Operations for the Americas Solution Engineering organization. She has also held enablement and leadership roles at KPMG and Deloitte, with the early years of her career spent as a high school educator. Megan is passionate about building diverse high-performing teams and acting as a mentor for early in career talent. She has previously chaired culture communities and women in tech programs, enjoying time spent supporting programs that build community and sponsorship. She holds a B.S. in Sociology and Masters of Education from Clemson University and lives in Winter Garden, FL with her husband and three children, Reese, Camden, and Olivia.
