Ashleigh
Bilodeaux
GTM AI Engineer
Zoom
Zoom’s first GTM AI Engineer, Ashleigh Bilodeaux operates at the intersection of AI, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales execution, helping design and scale AI-powered go-to-market systems across the business. Her work focuses on operationalizing AI beyond experimentation by building centralized workflows, orchestration frameworks, and AI-driven revenue processes that connect systems like Salesforce, Outreach, Snowflake, and Clay into scalable GTM execution engines. With a background spanning Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, RevOps, and GTM strategy, Ashleigh brings a uniquely cross-functional perspective to AI transformation inside modern revenue organizations. She has led initiatives ranging from AI-powered inbound routing and enrichment to centralized outbound prospecting systems, agentic workflow architecture, and operational governance strategies designed to help global GTM teams scale AI adoption safely and effectively. At Zoom, she works closely across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams to help shape how AI can improve prioritization, execution, productivity, and pipeline generation at enterprise scale. Her work is centered not just on deploying AI tools, but on rethinking the operational systems, organizational structures, and workflows required to make AI successful inside real-world GTM environments.

The rise of the GTM AI engineer: From traditional GTM workflows to AI-native RevOps
Traditional go-to-market teams were built around siloed systems, manual workflows, and human-driven execution. But as AI rapidly reshapes Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and customer engagement, many organizations are discovering that simply layering AI tools onto existing processes is not enough. In this session, Ashleigh Bilodeaux, Zoom’s first GTM AI Engineer, shares what it actually looks like to operationalize AI inside a modern revenue organization, from centralized outbound orchestration and AI-powered inbound workflows to governance, enablement, and cross-functional transformation. Through a practical “old way vs. new way” lens, Ashleigh will explore how GTM teams are evolving from fragmented execution models into AI-native operating systems, where workflows, prioritization, decisioning, and execution are increasingly coordinated through intelligent automation and agentic systems. Attendees will walk away with a clearer understanding of: - What the GTM AI Engineer role actually is - Why traditional GTM structures struggle to scale AI adoption - How leading organizations are operationalizing AI beyond experimentation - The systems, workflows, governance, and enablement needed to support AI-native GTM teams - What Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Demand Gen leaders should be doing now to prepare their organizations for the next phase of AI transformation
