Kelsey Kearns is Head of Customer Success at Rockerbox (now DoubleVerify), where she leads the teams responsible for Implementation, Support, and Account Management across the company’s customer base. She has played a central role in scaling Rockerbox’s post-sales organization to meet the needs of fast-growing consumer brands, building the strategies, processes, and partnerships that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Before Rockerbox, Kelsey worked in management consulting with KPMG and BCG, bringing a strategic lens to customer challenges that now informs her approach to SaaS growth and customer success leadership. She is passionate about building teams that blend operational excellence with trusted client partnerships, and about elevating Customer Success as a revenue-driving function.
