Real‑time GTM: Using customer signals to adapt your motion on the fly
Customer expectations, competitors, and pricing are shifting faster than most GTM plans. In an AI‑driven world, the advantage goes to teams who can sense and respond in real time - adapting messaging, plays, and prioritisation based on live customer signals. This interactive session explores how to build a “real‑time GTM” muscle: combining tools, processes, and team habits so insights from the field and market actually change what you do this week, not next quarter. You’ll walk away with: - A clear view of the key signals (product usage, website behaviour, call patterns, intent data, feedback loops) that should drive day‑to‑day GTM decisions. - Examples of how leading teams turn those signals into live adjustments in targeting, offers, and sales plays. - A collaborative exercise where you’ll design a real‑time GTM loop for your own organisation - who listens, who decides, who acts, and on what cadence.
